My husband successfully grilled steak this weekend without burning down the house! You see, he's never grilled before. We bought a gas grill 2 weeks ago, and this was the first chance we had to use it. He grilled 2 steaks, potatoes, and peaches, and he did an excellent job. And I didn't even have to use the fire extinguisher! It was a proud moment in our household.

Congrats on the grilling, LOL. I have a grill that I haven't even used yet.
There is nothing like a meal on the grill. Now that he has mastered the grill you can get him a branding iron for grilling. May you have many more delious meals.
